Manatsuru Kimoto Tokubetsu Junmai-shu 720ml
Special pure rice sake using Miyama Nishiki from Miyagi prefecture. It uses yeast for ginjo and is characterized by a gorgeous scent, but it has a light sweetness but a refreshing taste, and it goes well with meals. We recommend white sashimi from 15 ℃ to room temperature, sashimi of squid and octopus shellfish, and simmered dishes with a light taste.
